Encapsulated transformers are often insufficiently provided with connection equipment. The connection frame provides additional space for electrical connections or further electronic components.  The connection cables can be led out of the frame side, preferably with PG screw connection or protective sleeves. 

The whole connection area inside the frame can be sealed with a gasket providing a spray protected environment acc. IP 54.
