For keeping the precise coplanarity, bobbins used for SMD were supplied as print version with straight pins. After conventional winding the flat wires (e.g. 0,4x0,6 mm) are bent outwards for SMD in a final working operation. Our customers experience during the past years proves, that using this technology the required precise coplanarity can be reached optimal. We are able to assist you in designing a device for the additional SMD bending process.
